Executive Team
Arline Panitz – President. Arline is a 30+year industry veteran. Her firm, Search Inc. represents a roster of the “who’s who” of prestigious publicly and privately held staffing firms. Our reputation has been established and maintained through highly ethical conduct, by our thorough approach to the search process, and with our speed in servicing client needs. Our experience, reputation and inside knowledge of the industry allow us to find, attract and successfully place the finest talent in the country.
Marc Richards – Vice President. Marc joined Search Inc. as Managing Director in August 2001. In April of 2005 he was promoted to Vice President. Prior to his career in the staffing industry, Marc had more than eight years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter. Mr. Richards worked for such organizations as Lifetime Television, Priceline.com and Frontier Communications. This blend of Corporate and Staffing Industry experience has been invaluable in the business development and growth of Search Inc.
Charisse Renzi-Daus - Charisse Daus has been employed as Administration Manager of Search Inc. since 2001. This is a multi-faceted role in which Charisse is responsible for coordinating all of the firm’s billing, collections, client contracts and agreements, vendor relations, employee benefits, payroll, and general administrative functions. Prior to joining Search Inc., Charisse worked within the insurance industry and supervised administrative staff at Swiss Re New Markets Corporation and American International Group (AIG). Although the greater part of Charisse’s career has been within the private sector, she has also worked extensively in public service. While attending college and graduate school, Charisse coordinated local constituent operations for (former) NYS Senator Christopher J. Mega. Charisse graduated Phi Beta Kappa from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. In addition to being a University Honors Scholar, she was recipient of the Founder’s Day Award and Italian Scholar Award. Charisse subsequently attained her Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Baruch College and was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Upon completion of her graduate studies, Charisse was awarded the Morton Wollman Medal for Outstanding Achievement in Management.
Katie Grenda – Director, Marketing and Research. A background in sports marketing, sales and media has lead Katie to her position with Search Inc. She enjoys using social media outlets to drive new and ongoing business initiatives. Using her degree in Journalism from Indiana University, Katie is able to develop an understanding about the new technologies available for recruiters and candidates, as well as write and distribute marketing materials for a well-established company like Search Inc.
