Michael joined Search Inc. in 2010 after 8 years of success in the Information Technology recruiting space. This hands on experience provides valuable insight into the career path options and team building challenges of the growing, ever changing IT staffing market. Michael also has extensive experience building teams in the Creative/Interactive and Technology/Advertising start-up spaces. He enjoys working with professionals ranging from those early in their career to highly accomplished leaders in their markets.
Johan joined the professional ranks of Search Inc. as their Social Media Manager in January 2020. Since becoming a part of the team, he has become more prolific at designing graphics and producing relative content including career strategy, staffing, and industry trends, as well as informative articles in regards to DEI and the like. Johan received his B.A in Business Management from Berkeley College, in the midst of a global pandemic while balancing two jobs. His tenacity, coupled with his soft skills, and "real-world" experience have equipped him for his ultimate journey to entrepreneurship. Johan's natural understanding of the nature of the business, along with his managerial experience, and marketing knowledge is great preparation for his professional future.
Marc joined Search Inc. as Managing Director in August 2001. In April of 2010 he was promoted to Senior Vice President. Prior to his career in the staffing industry, Marc had more than eight years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter. Mr. Richards worked for such organizations as Lifetime Television, Priceline.com and Frontier Communications. This blend of Corporate and Staffing Industry experience has been invaluable in the business development and growth of Search Inc.
Onedia originally joined Search Inc. in 2012, as a marketing intern from Berkeley College. She was able to learn the ins-and-outs of the Staffing and Recruiting industry while using her marketing skills to manage their social media platforms. Onedia went from employee to candidate when Search had a client that needed someone with Onedia's marketing acumen. In that experience, she was able to foster relationships with Verizon senior leadership, and recruit union members into continuing education programs. After eventually leading a sales and marketing team, Onedia's focus on relationships led her back to Search Inc. At her core, Onedia is a problem solver and solution seeker. Her strength lies in connecting clients with candidates that aid them in achieving their organizational goals.
Charisse has been employed as Administration Manager of Search Inc. since 2001. This is a multi-faceted role in which Charisse is responsible for coordinating all of the firm’s billing, collections, client contracts and agreements, vendor relations, employee benefits, payroll, and general administrative functions. Prior to joining Search Inc, Charisse worked within the insurance industry and supervised administrative staff at Swiss Re New Markets Corporation and AIG. While attending college and graduate school, she coordinated local constituent operations for (former) NYS Senator Christopher J. Mega. She graduated Phi Betta Kappa from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In addition to being a University Honors Scholar, she was a recipient of the Founder's Day Award and Italian Scholar Award. Charisse subsequently attained her Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Baruch College and was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Upon completion of her graduate studies, she was awarded the Morton Wollman Medal for Outstanding Achievement in Management.
